"Raw" Potatoes 'Kibbeh'

'Kibbeh' is a Middle Eastern dish that comprises of cracked wheat and beef or lamb meat. It can be eaten raw with some olive oil added to it and with onion. Kibbeh can also be made into layers sandwiched in between the layers hamburger mixed with onions and pine nuts and then baked. Baked kibbeh is often eaten with 'baba ghanoush,' a dip made of yogurt and baked eggplants with olive oil and fresh garlic added to it. You can also make vegetarian kibbeh replacing the meat with mashed potatoes, and adding kibbeh spices, chili pepper, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
