The Avengers
I saw the movie The Avengers this last weekend. I did not like it much. It was not what I expected to see. I thought it would be of equal par with Batman and Superman movies. It was not. I give it a two-star ** rating.
Who is my favorite TV personality?
My favorite reporter on TV is Anderson Cooper of CNN. He is very clever, personable, funny, and most of all a person who insists that the truth be told. He is my ideal. Thank you Anderson for all you do. Thank you for standing up for those who do not have a voice. You are a Hero to them, even though you probably do not know it. God bless you.
Senator John Edwards
Senator John Edwards was found today not guilty on Federal charges concerning presidential campaign finance. Thank God. I always thought that Senator Edwards was a good Senator for North Carolina and I am glad to see this drama over.

It is a mass calling site to sell you a cruise. Most often they either leave you a voice mail trying to sell you the cruise vacation or they hang-up. if you try to call them back you get a busy signal. Yes, the 360-461-0018 should be placed on a do-not-call list. Sometimes they call you twice a week or even twice a day. It is annoying to say the least.

Errors
These are some of the old facts that are now proven to be in error. The big one was the Earth was flat. A second big error was that the Sun revolved around the Earth. For the future, this blog will read: a third big error We are Alone in the Universe. Yet an even bigger error The UFO are not Real. Wake up everybody. If you believe that we are the only living creators in the Universe you must also believe that the Earth is flat. There are so many electronic photos and movies taken of UFO if you still do not think they exist you must also believe that the Earth is the Center of the Universe. NASA acts as if they have no idea about UFO, yet they are perhaps the first true believers.

What you see may be a delusion
Cats and dogs are color blind. To them life is uncolored. So their reality is black and white only. To human, life is colored. However, how do we know exactly that what we see is really is. Could the color green in reality a delusion? How can we be so sure about anything? Is the moon round? How do we know that? Just seeing it round does not necessary makes it round. It could be in reality a square but our eyes see it as a sphere. Oftentimes what you read on the Internet is only a delusion of reality. Don't mistake readings for facts, nor facts for reality, because reality in its absolute terms is unknown. Nothing here is real.
What time is it?
Do we live in the present, the past, or the future? If you believe in time traveling, any of these times is possible. Time is continuum. We could be anywhere in it. However, where you are now is always the present, even if you were in the past or the future!
How disease develops
According to Naturopathic Medicine the source of all diseases is toxemia. And toxemia arises from enervation which is due to constant negative emotions. If a person is at the toxemia stage he is prone to develop all kind of diseases from cardiovascular to infections to cancer. Limiting negative emotions should reduce the risk of all diseases. In addition to eliminating negative emotions, Naturopathy advocates proper healthy diet, exercise, sunshine, pure water, and fresh air. To extend life one also needs to get a daily rub down following hydrotherapy with water. The rub down should include lower extremities and upper extremities to remove any dead cells from the surface of the skin. There is nothing that can replace this naturopathic process. It is a healthy journey toward longevity without disease. Perfect health includes mind, body, and spirit. Be well friend.
To be in a state of constant fear
This perhaps the worse of all. Fear is an extreme negative energy that leads to enervation and toxemia. This in turn develops chronic diseases. I am so much in debt to my parents. No one can understand how much it takes to be in their situation. They are my heroes. I do not know how they did it. It was a miracle.
The Vatican
Recently, the butler of the Pope was arrested for leaking private papers of the Pope to a book writer in Italy. It is just strange to hear about it. You would think they have installed cameras in the Pope office. I guess not or perhaps the butler turned them off while he was stealing the papers. Anyhow, he is under arrest now. I hope the Pope will forgive him as a true Christian. I believe the forgiveness by the Pope is a bigger story than this theft incident. The world is waiting dear Pope.

How to hide your agenda?
A secretive agenda is normally hidden by a fake program. However, the program has to be formidable. For example, if you were cheating on your girl friend with another woman living in a far away town, you would need to create a job or business activity in a neighboring town to that of your date and act as if you go to this job often in front of your girlfriend. But that's not enough. You will have to bring in co-workers to collaborate your job story. It is important to create stories about your business there and how you spend all your time trying to recruit a new business, perhaps now in the town where your date lives. Over time you would reveal some truth about these two towns and how they relate to your business. You would mix the truth with lies. This would continue for a while and the more people you bring in to collaborate with your story the better off your lies would be. Every new person only needs to know a little bit about the whole thing, but mixed up with lies. Your story has to be formidable and believable similar to that story about the planet Mars story that NASA propagates. And, yes there is nothing on the Moon or other planets. We are the only planet that is inhabited in our Galaxy and Universe. So going back to your girlfriend story, if you find a third date then now you have to lie to two girlfriends. So what do you tell your new date? Nothing. What do you tell your former two. Some formidable lies. Similar to teaching that all other planets in our Universe neighborhood have hostile environments like sulfuric acid. Happy dating!

Why buying Facebook stocks is a very bad idea
Most people perhaps forgot the 1990s where people lost their shirt over buying Internet stocks. It was the Internet bubble. And now another Internet site is trying to sell its stocks as if the Internet bubble has risen from the ashes. The problem with Facebook is that it is very much dependent upon the "generation" and its fads. There is no way on the planet that a better way for communicating with the others will not surface in the near future. And that technology may not be part of the Facebook discoveries. So another company will attract the "clients" from Facebook and the stocks that people bought a few days ago for $38/share will plunge to 38 cents per share. Don't waste your money on Facebook, unless you are willing to sacrifice your money for the sake of telling your friends that you own Facebook stocks. Big deal and Congratulations on your loss.

Who is Jewish?
A person is born Jewish if his mom is too. If his dad is Jewish, but not his mom, then he is not necessarily Jewish. One can adopt Judaism as a religion as well. In the United States of America, one is American by birth if one or both of his parents are American too. You are an American regardless where you are born if at least one of your parents is American. I have two friends one was born in South Africa and the other was born in Brazil. Both of them had American parents and both of them are fully American, by birth. One can become a naturalized American if he applies for citizenship and goes through the legal process. Most countries in the world have similar policies as those of the United States. I became Catholic by birth because both of my parents are Catholic. Also, people may adopt Catholic faith later on in life. So who is Jewish? Anyone who was born to a Jewish mother or chose Judaism as a religion. The Lord became Jewish because His mother was Jew. Mary, the Mother of God, a Jew who has adopted all of us as her children. We are all Jews because of her. Amen.
Feeling Old and Unappreciated
I have been at my current job for 23 years. I basically got old working for my company. When I was younger I was somewhat much more appreciated than now. My boses who are still working in the same positions have promoted and advanced much younger people than I am with almost half my age and no experience. As a matter of fact the younger folks being inexperienced and aggressive are even "abusing" me, whether intentionally or unintentionally, it really does not matter. They have tried to take away things I have built through the years thinking they deserve it. Having placed in positions they do not deserve, made them think they could take away anything from us, older folks. It is a disgrace. The people that I worked for for years and gave them all that I could, have betrayed me. I always think that the good Lord has a way to punish people for being ugly or unfair to others. I am certain they will face dissatisfaction in their own "worlds" sooner or later. I am a firm believer in that the good Lord does not tolerate unfairness. If He does not do it on Earth He will "punish" them in the life to come. The good Book tells us that the hair on our heads is counted. God knows everything in man's heart and He will reward all of us according to how we treated each others in this life. Be kind please.

I still Remember When My Younger Brother Burnt His Hand
This story is some 50 years old, but it is as fresh in my mind as my cup of coffee I bought from McDonald's this morning. My younger brother place his right hand on the stove when he was three years old. My dad took him directly to the emergency room at a hospital which was run by a Catholic Sisters order. The 25 minutes trip to the hospital was something I looked forward to, my dad would park the car outside the hospital and then he would take my brother inside while I waited outside in the car. About 10 minutes later my brother would come back with a new rapping around his hand. We did that for about three months, three times a week. I do not know why this story stuck in my memory. I am sure there is a wisdom behind it.

Alternative Medicine
If you do not believe in alternative and complimentary medicine it is fine. However when you begin attacking these modalities it is a different story. Some websites on the Internet are doing just that, attacking the integrity of our profession. One of them goes by the stupid ignorant arrogant insulting idiotic less than human animalistic rubbish name (Quack Watch). His site is all of that and then some. He thinks he is the only person who has brain on this planet and that God created him and threw the mold away. His writings are full of errors and misguidance. He is trying to deceive the public by his untrue stories. If you happened to come across his site on the Internet...beware. I am not certain if he is getting paid by the pharmaceutical industry to keep his site open but I can assure you he is directly or indirectly benefiting from them. Being a medical doctor, his writings are those of an elementary school pupil whose average is barely a C. Quack watch site is not a place to read the truth about alternative medicine. It is similar to reading the history of England from German history books written during WWII. You won't get anything but rubbish.

Why do people still die from cancer and HIV infection?
Clinical and basic science are continually finding new treatments for cancer and AIDS. However, people are still dying from these diseases. We pray daily and weekly for a cure. Why has not God responded yet to our prayers and tears? I believe the good Lord has already responded to our prayers and calls for finding cures. But we literately have killed them all. God has sent us people who were capable to find ways to eliminate cancer and AIDS and other diseases, but these future scientists and clinicians were killed in their wombs by abortion. Stop abortion now and let God help us all.

What came first the chicken or the egg? Here is the answer
This question is very easy to answer. I am just puzzled why it is still a mystery to so many. Actually the answer to this question depends whether you believe in a creator or you believe in evolution. But then you ask what if I believe in both. Fair enough. There is an answer to that too. Remember that the hint is in the Book of Genesis. God created man...and all creatures that inhabited Earth. It did not say that God placed an egg to hatch and produced man. It did not say that He first planted eggs all over the planet and then He waited for them to hatch. He created them as is. Thus, according to the Book of Genesis the chicken came first. Well you might say now that was a good reasonable answer. But, what if someone does not believe in God or in the Book of Genesis. This person believes in evolution. Well most evolution occurs due to mutations. These mutations affect the DNA and eventually produce new species. So chicken really came from an egg that carried a mutation from a similar creature to that of chicken. A pre-chicken species so to speak. So the answer to your question is the egg came before the chicken. But sir, I believe in God and evolution. I think God placed the laws of evolution to make life more interesting. It is a law of nature to see new things become alive and old things disappear. Life moves forward.. In this case then what came first the egg or the chicken? Well here is the answer to this one: no one really knows!
What to take when it comes to herbs?
The question is often asked which is better to take the whole herb or an extract of? There are two schools of thought in naturopathic medicine, and both of them are correct. When taking the whole herb you are taking everything in it including the enzymes and minerals. Extracts often separate ingredients from each other and they may or may not contain all the components in an herb. However, extracts are more concentrated and more selective. Sometimes it takes a large quantity of herbal material to make an extract that is concentrated enough to have any pharmacologic effect. Ginkgo biloba is a good example of this. It takes some 50 pounds of Ginkgo to make the extract, and using the actual plant or its powdered material would not have any effect (unless we are talking about a homeopathic one.)

Rex Urgent Care Clinic: Different Rates
Rex Urgent Care (North Carolina) is the worse place to receive treatment. As a starter the place have different rates for charging you for the so-called service. If you tell them you do not have insurance they charge you less. If you tell them you have insurance their charges are out of the roof. The trick is they would not tell you when you go there this fact. I guess you have to read their mind. So if you are honest and tell them you have insurance you end up paying out of the pocket three times the amount if no insurance claim was filed. The treatment I received from that clinic was substandard and because of them now I am suffering more and I may require a surgery. The guy I saw there was clueless. Another deceiving tactic they employ is that they advertise by stating that the doctors are available to treat you. Nothing could be further from the truth. You most likely will be seen by some second class clinician like a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant. I wonder if this deceiving tactic violates the FCC rule for "truth in advertising." The bottom line is that if you live or visit North Carolina stay away from Rex Health Care.

It is so easy to think positive when you have more money than God. Happiness does not exist without the proper environment to nurture it. Happiness is like a flower that was placed in salty water. Writing can be therapeutic. Actually everyone should have some domain where he can find peace and quite through writing. Blogs are ideal for that. I once went to see a physician and was told to practice writing whenever I felt tense or needed to focus. I had a very tense day today at work. Someone is acting like a poisonous snake towards me and I did finally give him a piece of my mind. It felt good. But, unfortunately a snake is a snake. He will bite again. I just know it. Wow, I feel good already just by writing down these few words. Writing is indeed therapeutic.

For those of you who are planning a career in sales pay a special attention to this advice. Watch the "Jim Bakker Show". Watch what? Yes, you read it right. Watch the "Jim Bakker Show". This man can sell water in bottles at a pristine flowing pure water river in paradise. Yes, and his water bottles contain water from a well located at a nearby chemical waste facility. I am amazed how good he is. His shows should be shown to all business students. They are a must. He is the only one who could sell you dry foods and fuel-less generators while preaching the Bible. Or is it the other way around?
Colon Cancer
Managing colon cancer includes surgery, radiation therapy, and/or chemotherapy. A low grade colon cancer often is treated with surgery alone without radiation or medications. Lifetime monitoring for recurrence is necessary and often done every six months.

Have you noticed that 9 out of 10 times you visit the so called "physician" you end up telling him the diagnosis and paying him $300 for the visit to receive nothing or a prescription to some synthetic "drug" that would cause more harm than good. The entire medical model in this country is wrong. We need to replace it with a better more competent model that emphasizes on prevention through natural modalities. This system is known as Naturopathic Medicine. Allopathetic Medicine would only be used in emergencies such as car accidents and the like. Otherwise the Allopathic model is useless.

North Carolina Defines Marriage
The voters in North Carolina overwhelmingly and as expected voted to limit marriage to an act only between a man and a woman. The problem they face now is how to define a man and how to define a woman. I guess now they need to vote to identify what constitutes a man and what defines a woman. We shall see.

May 8, 2012 is Primary Elections in North Carolina
Tomorrow North Carolina votes. In 2008, North Carolina went Democratic. This primary election there is on the ballot the question to keep marriage restricted to an act between a man and a woman. Historically, marriage has been between opposite genders. In North Carolina this idea will be reaffirmed tomorrow. No doubt about it. This state is overly conservative. Even the liberals here are conservatives.LOL!
